OUTDOOR RECREATION PROFESSIONAL
Having worked as an ODR professional educator, instructor, and guide for over 35 plus years I have accumulated varied technical, adminstrative, and program planning materials. In this section I hope to share my historcial information to help other professionals or aspiring professionals to perhaps make their programs safer and engaging for clients.
To ensure a high quality level of services and safety all types of ODR programs/Activites should develop a Standards and Procedures Manual. The manual acts as a guidebook for staff, participants, and legal log in the unlikely event of incident or major accident.
